he lacks the trademark matching outfit of the urban jogger. he looks the part with his pretty hair, but it's a tuff call. < insert jeopardy theme here > i say he is a jogger. he stopped and posed for a photo op, the fact that he is striking such a JC penney catalog pose makes him a jogger.

Definitely not enough info from 1 pic. But by the look of him, I'd say jogger. I wish we had a clear look of his left wrist because I see no indication of a watch being worn.

do you have to wear a watch to be a runner? or is it just about how hard you run? after all, the cave men didn't monitor their splits as they were chasing down dinner. yet they still ran. just a thought.

What kind of runner is going to pause for a photo op mid run, and I see no sweat or any indications of pain. also, who runs on the beach without getting dirty? the wind blows up the water and the sand is kicked up by your shoes as you run (if you are running fast enough). Final verdict...jogger, no contest!

ick. I doubt either. It looks as if no effort has been made at all...not even the slow monotonous kind involved in jogging...not that jogging involves effort...but still...
