milk. any kind of protein really. protein will keep your muscles strong and gives you energy. speeds recovery and helps repair muscles.

post run: protein shake works for me.

chocolate milk is pretty clutch for most post runs but endurox rocks after races and workouts. the caramel crisp recovery powerbars are pretty tasty too.
