tri was today, 38th overall. 6th age group.met every split and goal I wanted, but came up a little shy of the podium, not bad for a week after Imogene. Bring on Denver.

chillin fil! i was gonna run the boulder marathon but now i'm not (plantar fascitis is no fun!)... there don't seem to be any other interesting races this weekend.... booooo.

permit approved for the Crazy Legs 10k trail run in Devil's Backbone Open Space in Loveland. Race date is Sunday May 2, 2010. I will have race forms soon.
