tri was today, 38th overall. 6th age group.met every split and goal I wanted, but came up a little shy of the podium, not bad for a week after Imogene. Bring on Denver.

chillin fil! i was gonna run the boulder marathon but now i'm not (plantar fascitis is no fun!)... there don't seem to be any other interesting races this weekend.... booooo.
