well, not if you don't see them all summer. You'll find out who the dedicated runners are when you show up to the first meet the first weekend after school starts. :D

ouch that sucks.....we have a really nice track. Still hate to run on it though. We don't really have that great of a summer training, so its mostly up to the runners who care to work on their own.

yeah. I'm in a small town in Texas, and we used to have a good track, 8 lanes and everything...but the drainage messed it up and they havent refinished it in quite some time...like I'm running on cement in quite a few places...the road is prolly softer. haha.

haha yeah im from small town montana wich means dirt track. . . but at least its one of the better ones around

ah...summer training. summer. I'm almost there...almost. Im excited for summer training. between basketball camp, cheer camp, speed development camp, and cross country camp I have to use my runs to stay sane. haha. although I got my schedule for cross country camp awhile back and it still terrifies me..but I have until mid July to get over that one...lol.
