I am going to be a captain this year, I believe the most important thing is spelling... Also the ability for your coach to administer a task and have the confidence that it will get done correctly.

Hey, probably a bit late in the season for the advice, but I am captaining my team for the second year and I would say that the most crucial things you do are that you hold everybody accountable for their running, and keep them interested in the sport. Don't put up with any apathy on your team.
