I'm from Utah but moved to Missouri (Misery) thrree years ago. I had to get used to the thick humid air and now when I go back to Utah each year the altitiude is hard on my lungs.

ran the timp shadow 5k this morning in the rain and the mud, fun coarse. finished 7th overall and 1st in age, i think the cascadia trail series will have some fun coarses this year. they are having a 11.2 miler (relay) next weekend. might do it solo, coarse sounds fun, i wil post more info later.

Thanks!I like the advice. I hurt my achilles after Wasatch last year so I am not going to get my PR here so I am not going to wear a watch. This should be an interesting run. Looking forward to the video

Aric, Good luck tomorrow, remember " run like hell on satyrday or feel like hell on sunday" "when hitting the wall ask yourself, can I give more? the answer is usually........ yes....". we will have to plan something so u can come down.

going to give mt olympus another run this afternoon. mmm maybe between 12 and 1 once it has a chance to warm up. i am trying to post another video/slideshow of yesterdays run. stay tuned.

I wouldnt mind coming down and giving that one a go. I have not spent much time down in the SLC area unless they were races. Did Granduer Peak last May and that was fantastic.

That sounds like the kind of run I've been looking for.

The doughnut run is so amzing, first you start out eating a doughtnut then run a lap, and you repeat this until you throw up, if you do not complete the 400 in given time, do not eat doughnut in give time, or bitch out. you are out.
