Donald- Are you running the Skagit Flats Marathon, I haven't seen much action here lately. What have you been up to any races?

the Run for the Rock is in White Rock BC on July 1st done by Tryevents.ca

Coming up in my part of the Country, Everson Days Run Small 5/10K.

I thought the 10k was pretty challenging when I did it 2 years ago. July 12th Sunday Morning Nooksack City Park 8am reg. 9am run run run.

I did do the Haggen to Haggen and I PR for at 20:42 I was very happy with that. Excellent job on your run. Your doing a 100k WOW that is brutal!! Next up for me is the Dog Island Run on June 6th as a 10k, have a great one!

Donald did you do the Haggen to Haggen? I ran a small 5k in Grandcoullee on Mothers Day weekend I won with a 18:00 time, im not to great at those short races but Ill take it. Im running a local 10k in Arlington (walk and roll) this weekend and then nothing tell the 20th century 100k on June 20th.

New Race forming for July 1st Canada day in Whilte Rock 10K on a Wednesday. Not at 100% yet registration open shortly. Should be a fun run they have great turn outs across the boarder.

Haggen to Haggen 5 k tomorrow fast course, good turn out for a Whatcom County event Runners start at 8:30 am Sehome Haggen right off of I-5.
