I'm starting my half marathon training on Sunday. I've only run 4 races of that distance and my best time is only 1:51. I would really like to get in the 1:41 range. I know it may not seem like a lot but thats 30 seconds faster per mile, and when you're moving from an 8:30 pace to a 7:45 it feels like a huge difference. Hope fully I can make it happen.
