I am an ex 80 pound over weight couch potato. A few years later I find myself a runner who enjoys running races and just running in general. I have even placed in a few smaller races, not something I would have dreamed I could do 4 years ago! I am now training my husband for his first 5k!
The doughnut run is so amzing, first you start out eating a doughtnut then run a lap, and you repeat this until you throw up, if you do not complete the 400 in given time, do not eat doughnut in give time, or bitch out. you are out.
