I did do the Haggen to Haggen and I PR for at 20:42 I was very happy with that. Excellent job on your run. Your doing a 100k WOW that is brutal!! Next up for me is the Dog Island Run on June 6th as a 10k, have a great one!

Padden Loop

Went to a near by lake in the Bellingham Washington area, I had never been there before yet they have many running and tri events in my area. The lake is Padden Lake off of Chuckanut Driveoff off of I-5 about 3 miles. It is a well graveled loop with about 2.59 miles. I also has some hiking or adventure trails above that which they use for a mud run event in the Fall. Great place I did a 2.5 mile on the upper trails and then just a regular loop on the 2.59. Hill Repeats

So I went out and did a eight mile run and a 4 cycle hill repeat. I headed out to my favorite hill that is four mile from my house it ia at this long straight flat road. I do not know if the hill is that great but to a 44 year old that just started running for his midlife crisis I think it is a challenge. The hill is .15 mile lon/steap so I hit it at full out and get to the top with my best friend Shadow (Black Lab). The doughnut run is so amzing, first you start out eating a doughtnut then run a lap, and you repeat this until you throw up, if you do not complete the 400 in given time, do not eat doughnut in give time, or bitch out. you are out.
