About Me:
I am living in south jersey right now going to school. I have been running in Delaware a lot over the summer, and have a trip out to western Virginia planned for September. I am always up for anything 10k or longer in the tri-state area.

Lets seeeee... I was 200 pounds, ran a 12 minute mile. I dropped 40 pounds and ran sub 8's... soooo... 4 minutes... 40 pounds... I'm horrid at math.
