About Me:: I love to run. I also happen to be a strict vegetarian. I enjoy practicing Taoist Tai Chi as well as 24 forms. I study traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu and have been a life long student of various martial art styles. I don't watch any sports and have no favorite teams. I like to consider myself 'sports stupid'. I am in my early 40's and love the feeling when I pass someone on the trail who is half my age.
