yeah it is pretty boring. I'm so glad track season is over. My crazy coach starts summer training for cross country tomorrow.
if you run cross country you can definately handle the 2 mile. It is so boring doing 8 flippin laps on the track and i can only imagine how boring it must be to watch someone pace themselves for sometimes 15 minutes!
I'm from Utah but moved to Missouri (Misery) thrree years ago. I had to get used to the thick humid air and now when I go back to Utah each year the altitiude is hard on my lungs.
