August 22nd, another successful run up the Bulldog trail in malibu, California. 25K trail run, 3:01 and change. Much better than last years 3:27 effort. This is a very hilly course, 1800 elevation gain between miles 2.5-6, followed by rolling hill...
Just completed my first Half Marathon at the Forest City Road Races in London Ontario. I finished in 1:45:56 which is a tad slower than I had hoped for but its just making me train harder for the Toronto Waterfront Half-Marathon.
I run XC and Track for Booker T. in Pensacola. My PR for XC is 18:02. People that suffer from severe DBS please do not talk to me. Off season i run with whiteside running club which is my XC coaches club. Whiteside Track and Feild is the best, other than XC, And if you look close at the initials of Whiteside Track and Feild it is WTF. yeah how more perfect can it get. Also I wear womens nike tempo shorts, which by the way are amazingly comfortable. try them. so thats me, with BTXC.

Reminds me of a good quote though "If I had known I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself when I was young" Author unknown.
welll when it's really cold and snowy out we do most of our sprint and interval workouts indoors. so we run in the school or at the local indoor track. and then for longer distance practices we just tough it out in the snow haha. you probably have pretty good weather year round don't you?
Hey I'm a freshman on varsity track and cross country. I like mile the best. my best time is ok..... about 6:05. I want to get sub six this season though.....
I have an australian shepherd and he LOVES to run. In fact you have to run them or else they'll find ways to get in trouble when you're not around. I run him in the morning for 4 miles and then my wife will run him in the afternoon. They are great...
