Trail Running Group

We are going to be having a regular trail running group Saturday mornings 7:00am, leading into our local 5 Peaks Race at Sun Peaks in July. We will also be offering an optional "run specific" strength and speedwork workout at Natural Strength CrossFit every Wednesday at 6:30pm.

It's a beautiful race, we have lots of beautiful trails to train on around Kamloops. We will do a different trail every weekend, feel free to come join us.
