- Currently enjoying some of the best running and training terrain anywhere in the world - the trails of Colorado! I used to be a road runner back in England, my home country. Now I am a trail runner and love the spiritual connection and sense of freedom that running trails brings me. There are few better experiences in this life than to run in the mountains and feel alive!
I also own and manage a residential training center, Active at Altitude, for athletes of all abilities at 8,200 feet - ideal altitude for training and breathing clean fresh air!
