- I am an old fart who rediscovered running. Dropped about 20 pounds this year without wasting braincells developing a New Year's resolution. Diets are simple, but I do not have enough steps to write a book about it. One, pick a diet and get religion with it. Two, run as hard and often as the body will allow. Get religion with that too.
I am also taking my first stab at directing the First Running of the Friends of the Falling Waters Trail - Wild Life Marathon in Concord, MI on Sunday, October 11, 2009.
