guten morgen chris ... ich trage leider nicht das asicsshirt ... ist auch wirklich schwer mich mal beim laufen zu sehen, da es entweder noch vorm sonnenaufgang oder schon zu dunkel ist ... ich habe bei uns im fitnessclub eher unpassende zeiten zum arbeiten, dass ich wenn ich laufen gehe die meisten noch oder schon wieder schlafen ;-) nee, im ernst: es kann höchsten mal sein, dass ich spätdienst habe (ab 13 uhr) und dann vormittags ne runde laufe, wo die meisten ihrer arbeit nachgehen ... so bin ich fast immer alleine auf der strecke und schuppse rentner aus dem weg ;-)

I have an australian shepherd and he LOVES to run. In fact you have to run them or else they'll find ways to get in trouble when you're not around. I run him in the morning for 4 miles and then my wife will run him in the afternoon. They are great...
