- On Jan. 18th 2008 I was running on the Los Gatos Creek trail alone and had a cardiac arrest. I was completely healthy with no history of cardiac problems. I will forever be thankful for Nicole and Leslie for giving me CPR and saving my life.I have never met Leslie and Nicole before they are my angels, and for the Campbell Fire department- Casey and Luis. Also I am grateful for my cardiologist Dr. Engel of Sequoia Hospital. On July 21st 2009 I am going in for an EP and ablastions to slow my heart rate.

Andrew Chandler said… - yeah, I'm not exactly sure what happened. One minute I'm running just fine and pulling down 7:30's... the next I felt nausea, and I felt my diaphram was going to explode. I know how horrid it feels to be alone and not have anyone to help you. It was a nightmare I'd dare not repeat. As for myself... my bp was something like 90/190. So yeah, pretty exhausting.

- Hey, best wishes on the 21st. Lord bless you. I had a heart murmur in March, it was due to stress and eventually, it was taken care of. But I applaud you for taking this extremely seriously and doing something about it.

The doughnut run is so amzing, first you start out eating a doughtnut then run a lap, and you repeat this until you throw up, if you do not complete the 400 in given time, do not eat doughnut in give time, or bitch out. you are out.
