Only been 2 weeks since the US Air Force 1/2 in Ohio. I dont think i have another one in me so soon. I would love to run it had i planned a little better.
anyone going to the Atlanta 13.1 on Sunday?
Ok. Its been a while..just wanted to check in. I left our great state for a half marathon in ohio but i am back and hope to get in the Thanksgiving Day Half in Atlanta. Anyone have any race plans?
It was a one of a kind out of 13,000 INGers. Got some hard looks at the expo from the Pearl Izumi booth.

- How did your race go Sunday? I had a pretty good day. I finished a little slower than I wanted, but I'm ok with my time considering all those late hills.I will have to prepare for those hills better next year.Overall it was a great day for running.

The doughnut run is so amzing, first you start out eating a doughtnut then run a lap, and you repeat this until you throw up, if you do not complete the 400 in given time, do not eat doughnut in give time, or bitch out. you are out.
