I have an australian shepherd and he LOVES to run. In fact you have to run them or else they'll find ways to get in trouble when you're not around. I run him in the morning for 4 miles and then my wife will run him in the afternoon. They are great...

ive had it too. if i havent done a long run in awhile or do an intense run its almost like a strained feeling or a bruise. ice it. maybe not push it too hard but ya it goes away.

i've had something similar. it happened right after a marathon and felt like a bruise... like maybe my shoe was too tight or something and the pressure of it after 26 miles was just a little too much. it hurt for about a week or two but it did go ...

chocolate milk is pretty clutch for most post runs but endurox rocks after races and workouts. the caramel crisp recovery powerbars are pretty tasty too.

My parents and brother still live there. Running between the street cars, i have to say I miss that. And don't you mean the neutral ground. I use to run along the levee and then make a stop off at the river shack for beers. But it might of closed down by now.

Hey there homeboy, we miss you here in the big easy, do u ever visit? I get so bored running around audubon park and on the St. Charles median, there aren't any good places to run thats why I get aggravated a bit.

The doughnut run is so amzing, first you start out eating a doughtnut then run a lap, and you repeat this until you throw up, if you do not complete the 400 in given time, do not eat doughnut in give time, or bitch out. you are out.
