90 and a rant about the worst tuesday ever complete with a few f bombs

yep. going for 90 this week. it looks promising but shit seems to have hit the fan today... death and broken cars and dickweed guys are not great motivaters... or maybe they are. we'll see.

so there's this lady who opens the rec center in the mornings. her dad just died. and the only fucking reason anyone bothered to fucking tell me was to see if i could possibly come in at 5:15 in the god damn morning to open the fucking place. wow. thanks. especially to my boss. i've kind of stopped giving a fuck if you have to go to chemo. it happens to a lot of people and it sucks and i'm sorry but really? if you can't do your job anymore (i.e. keep your fucking supervisors informed of what the fuck is going on) then don't come in. just stay home.

so i got like 3 hours of sleep... not even 3 hours in a row thanks to a nice late phone call from the ex boy (yes, i did in fact call hime first but it was like 4 hours earlier when i was still awake). then i had the pleasure of telling like a few hundred (no really it was like 80) people that this lady's dad died and that's not exactly the most pleasant thing to do first thing in the morning.

i left at like 10:30 and then went for a run around 12:00. meant to do 17. did that work out? fuck no it didn't work out. i got in 14 which isn't the worst but i like to get the bulk of my miles in the beginning of the week so i don't have to worry about makeing them up later in case something comes up. and shit always comes up.

after my run i went to get some stuff from the grocery store and as i'm driving i start seeing some steamy stuff come out from under my hood. and the temperature gaige is all the way up to the dangerous red end. and there's a little triangle with a "!" in the middle lit up. hmmmmm. now there MAY have been a little note come up saying that my coolant level MAY be getting low and MAYBE i kind of ignored that for perhaps a month... but had i known that shit was gonna start coming out of my hood? well then i probably would have taken care of it earlier. so i get it to a car place, we open the hood and this fucking little hose explodes and sprays some kind of neon shit all over. they can fix it. when they order the part. from saab. you have to buy two of the parts at a time, of course. fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine just fucking fix it.

my mommy has to come get me. i get home and check my email and get something from this girl i run with. her mother in law JUST (like aparently a minute ago) died. PHILIP! it's bridget, don't say anything 'cause she hasn't told anyone really. please? and thank you :) now this doesn't really affect me but it sucks and she's like the nicest person ever so... it just sucks.

boys are problematic too. a rather new situation has seriously gotten under my skin and is giving me far more stress than i would usually opt for. i'd like to say "fine. i don't care. see ya. bye." but! i'm a retard when it comes to nice looking males and i'm not handling things as smartly as i should. booooooo.

on with the running. the plan is to do 18 tomorrow - 9 in the morning and then 9 at night - which shouldn't be too hard but i have to work and at some point i have to get my car... grrrr. but i'll just do it. i can leave the car til thursday if i have to. that'll put me at 48 for the week with 42 to finish up by sunday. that's a very viable plan.

negative :( we got a bunch of snow and my friends girlfriend actually got snowed in down in the colorado springs (near pike's peak) so we decided to stay closer to home.

we did a little cross-country skiing instead (well, i skied, my friend has snowshoes). and oh. my. god. it was informative. she knows boy "a" and his ex girlfriend. he's a dirty slut!!!! so. i tried to call him to tell him we're not gonna be hanging out anymore but he didn't answer so... fine. and the other one i just decided i'm bored with so there. they're both done.

no no both are new. but the other one from a while back, "k", i think knew i had a thing for "a" and then he saw what i wrote to you which is kind of why there was the freak out... "k" will not be resurfacing. hopefully "a" will get his act together and "c" will just understand.

I had a sinus infection and I think it went on far too long, since I didn't get antibiotics for it until I had already been sick for 5 days. I'm sure the alcohol helped somehow, though. I'm still not feeling back to 110%, but at least I'm headed there. Keep fighting off your cold - it's hell!!!

eh. the boy situation is once again agrivating (very hot and cold)... he's out of town for a few days though and i went out with someone else saturday so we'll see how this all turns out.

got alllllll the miles in and i'm taking a rest day today. and i do mean REST. i haven't done a thing except take a shower and eat!

so. that's that.

what did you have? i guess i thought it was just a little cold :) i've been fighting one off for like a month now! but glad you're better! it was the alcohol huh?!
