So for various reasons, I've taken the last two months "off." I put "off" in quotations because obviously I couldn't resist the occasional swim/ride/run (and I have to sometimes for work, so there : P ). But today was the first official day back, on a real live training plan, coach's orders. It was just a swim, but it was solid for me, and it felt good. It was a great way to get back on my feet. I'll be training a lot here very shortly because I have three traill halfs planned for this winter, including XTERRA in Hawaii, and then the Honu 70.3 in June. So it was nice to be off to a good start. And tomorrow, I bike!
