I had no motivation today. None at all. I was supposed to go on atleast a 30 minute run for xc and I needed to go lift for soccer. So, after lunch I finally sucked it up and went to the local YMCA. Went through a pretty good lift, grabbed my portein shake, chugged that down, waited half an hour and went on my run. Even though I kept feeling that protein shake come back up on the first part of my run, it was one of my best runs. I feel great, and I felt like sharing that. ha ha
