We had a cross country meet in Grinnel yesterday, and their team is one of the best in the state. I don't really focus much on placing or team stats. Just about improving upon my own times and stuff. I got a side stitch at about 4.5k into the meet (5k race). This is normally where I would push for my finish and pass a good number of people and make a good time. My side stitch was so bad I couldn't breath, and I just couldn't push through it. I still had a decent time, but it makes me wonder how much better I could've done.
